When you click on any of the titles under the Tasks or Stages menu on the home screen, you should click the Add New Task button on the page that opens.
You can create tasks manually as well as create tasks from a template.
In manual selection you can specify Task Name, Urgency, Percent Complete. You can take advantage of automatic scheduling or you can specify a manual Transaction Date yourself. You should use the Task description field to specify details about the task. You can also make use of the checklist and task matrix.

When the information on this screen is filled and saved, the relevant people page will be opened automatically. From here, you should add the personnel who will perform the task and follow the task related to the task. It is useful to mark the person who will perform the task as responsible. Notifications are sent to all users who have been added to the relevant contacts. (Tasks app notifications must be turned on.)
If you wish, you can add records via group assignment, adding links, and basic components.

Log Records: You can access the update and change information for the task from this screen. It is listed with who made the change, description, transaction status and date information.
You can delete the task, add activity, close or cancel the task from the Task Summary page Actions area. In the Stage field, you can make changes to the stage of the task. For example, if you started working on a task that is in the Pending phase, you can put it in the In progress phase. (You can use the Settings-Phase Definitions area for the titles.)
