You can follow the records of the visitors who are members of your website through the web members application. You can access information about your members through the Pending Approval and Active Members menus.
Awaiting Approval
People: People who have subscribed to the website but whose membership has not been approved by you yet are listed.
Firms: Firms that have signed up to the website but whose membership has not been approved by you yet are listed.
Active Members
Contacts: Persons whose membership has been approved by you are listed.
Companies: The companies whose membership has been approved by you are listed.
Passive Members
People: People whose membership is deactivated are listed.
Firms: Firms whose membership has been deactivated are listed.
Non-Membership Registration
Contacts: Contact records that are registered in the Customers application and that do not have a web membership are listed.
Companies: Company records that are registered in the Customers application and that do not have a web membership are listed.
Settings
General Settings
Membership Requires Activation: It provides an activation e-mail to be sent to the e-mail address specified by the member while registering.
Create a membership with the same user information: It enables more than one membership to be created with the same user information.
Use Membership Processes: People who are members of your site may access from different processes.
E.g; Persons who are members of the website in the Site Management application can be site residents, merchants, guests and new movers, and the areas that the member in each process can access on the website may be different.
When this feature is activated, the Membership Processes area will appear under the Settings menu. From here, you can define your process, users can specify features, and you can make the membership process passive if you wish.
Use Member Content: Allows the member to enter information about himself and post it on the list. It differs according to the project structure.
E.g; In a project that brings teachers and students together on the same platform, by making use of this feature, the teacher's personal information, competencies, etc. It is possible to enter information such as
Use Membership Login Feature: Allows administrators to log into the website on behalf of a specific member without revealing passwords. You can log in to the member name by clicking the icon on the far right on the web members list page or by clicking the link in the web member card Membership Information menu.
Verify using a One-Time Password: Allows the member to send a code via SMS to log in. You can login with the code sent.
Default Sorting: You can choose the default sorting type for the member list.
Member Login Method: You should not mark the information that the member can use to login.
Company Login Status
On behalf of the company, the personnel of the relevant company log in: The company personnel are allowed to log in. Company personnel defined in the Users menu of the company web member card can log in. By clicking the Add User button, you can access the personnel list in the relevant company and add them as a user. It is ensured that the personnel perform the transactions on behalf of the company.
Companies can login: Only people with company membership information can log in on behalf of the company.
Show location information in the list: Allows the member address information to be displayed on the list page.
Show parameters in list: Allows the member parameter information to be displayed on the list page.
Basic Components: You can add records through the applications you have marked on the web member card detail. E.g; If the documents application is attached, you can add documents.
Connection Settings: You can mark the applications you want to associate with web member registration.
Personnel Authorization Levels: Authorization is defined for the members who will enter on behalf of the company.
Member Authorizations: You can define member privileges from the member authorizations menu. According to your project type, it is designed which authorized members can access which areas and which actions they can and cannot do.
Person Parameters: You can define parameters for additional information you want to keep in contact memberships.
Company Parameters: You can define parameters for additional information you want to keep in company memberships.
Mail Form Settings: You can select the e-mail address and e-mail template to be sent in the new membership and forgot password fields.
When you click on the form you want to edit, you can select the mail account selection and mail template from the page that opens and complete the registration.
Mail accounts work from the e-mail addresses defined in the Mail Accounts application and the templates in the template Mail Templates application.
If you wish, you can add copy and blind copy recipients for each mail to be sent. You can find the labels you can use in the mail template from the list.
E.g ; If you use the {MEMBER_NAME} tag in the mail template, the member name to be sent will be filled automatically.

SMS Form Settings: New membership, forgot password, one-time password, you must select the SMS account to be sent and enter the text to be sent in the login fields.
When you click on the form you want to edit, you can enter the SMS title and text from the page that opens, and you can benefit from the labels specified in the text entry.
The SMS accounts list works integrated with the accounts defined through the Message Basket application.

Authorized Users: Users authorized to access the application are listed. You can add/remove authorizations for users.
