Definition

Personnel management and activities application is a software that allows employees to keep track of their tasks, manage their workload and participate in various internal company events. This application aims to both improve business processes and increase employee motivation.

Aim

The purpose of implementing personnel duties and activities is to enable employees to manage their duties and in-company activities in an orderly and efficient manner.

Workflows are recorded by creating activities with the activities application.

My activities

This is the screen where the activities of the personnel are displayed.

On the My Activities screen, No , Activity Information , Registration Date , Update Date , Activity Date , Approval Date , Total Duration , Approved Duration , Approval Percentage information are listed in a table.

Those Awaiting Approval

This is the screen where activities in the approval phase are displayed.

On the Pending Approval screen, No , Activity Information , Registration Date , Update Date , Activity Date , Total Duration , Approved Duration , Approval Percentage information are listed in a table.

All Activities

This is the screen where all activities of the personnel are displayed.

On the All Activities screen, No , Activity Information , Registration Date , Update Date , Activity Date , Approval Date, Total Duration , Approved Duration , Approval Percentage information are listed in a table.

Deleted Activities

This is the screen where the activities deleted by the staff are displayed.

On the Deleted Activities screen, No , Activity Information , Recording Date , Deletion Date , Approved Duration , Approval Percentage information are listed in a table.

 

 

Activity Schedule

Activity Chart allows personnel activities to be displayed on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Daily Activity Schedule

Daily Activity Chart allows viewing of activities occurring 24 hours a day.

Weekly Activity Schedule

Weekly Activity Chart allows viewing of activities that occur in 24 hours, 7 days of a week.

Monthly Activity Schedule

Monthly Activity Schedule

Monthly Activity Chart allows viewing of activities that occur in 24 hours in 30 days of a month.

 

Instant Active Monitoring

Instant Activity Monitoring allows you to view which activities employees are currently performing.

On the Instant Activity Monitoring screen, No , Title , Duration (min) , Date information are listed in a table.

This is the screen where templates are created for activities.

On the Templates screen, select No , Template Description , Creator. Registration Date information is listed in a tabular form.

The template is added by pressing the Add New button.

To add a template, Title and Template Body information are entered and saved.

Statistics

This is the screen where the activities entered by users in the Activities application are displayed statistically. Activity statistics are divided into two: personnel and customer.

Personnel statistics

On the Personnel Statistics screen, Rank , Personnel Information , Number of Activities , Activity Duration , Approval Percentage information are listed in a table.

Customer Statistics

On the Customer Statistics screen, Crmid , Customer Name , Number of Activities , Activity Duration , Approval Percentage information are listed in a table.

 

 

Indicators

Tests the App Indicators screen by connecting to the Activity Test app.

Goals

The goals set by the user for activities are displayed on the Goal Tracking screen.

No , Target Name , Target on the Target Tracking screen. Actual and Realization Rate information are listed in a table.

Log Records

Log Records; These are data records created for the purpose of chronologically recording and monitoring the events, transactions or activities occurring in the activities application.

On the Log Records screen, User Name , Record Title , Description , Transaction Status and Date information are listed as a table.

General Information

This is the screen where users define activities.

To define an activity, Activity Date, Start Time, End Time information is entered. It appears in the user's calendar by pressing the Add to calendar button. Activity information can be entered manually or added from templates created with the Select in Template button. After all operations are completed, they are saved by pressing the save button.

Summary

Activation details are included.

The summary screen includes information about the person who created the record. Unconfirmed time is confirmed on this screen. Additionally, Activation Date, Start Time, End Time, Number of Minutes, Registration Date, Update Date, Approval Date and Activity information are displayed.

Edit

This is the screen where activity information is edited.

On the Edit screen, Activity Date, Start Time, End Time, Add to Calendar, and Activity information are edited. After all operations are completed, they are saved by pressing the save button.

 

 

 

Parameters

A test parameter is added for trial purposes from the parameters screen. After the process is completed, it is saved by pressing the save button.

Links

Activities application can work in coordination by connecting to more than one application.

By pressing the add new button, the applications that the activities application can connect to are selected and saved. The selected applications are listed in a table.

Log Records

Log Records; These are data records created for the purpose of chronologically recording and monitoring the events, transactions or activities occurring in the activities application.

On the Log Records screen , User Name, Description , Transaction Status and Date information are listed in a table.

 

General Settings

With the General Settings screen , the settings are customized by selecting the settings to be used according to the preference of the user or company.

  • The preferred application color is selected and saved.
  • Working Interval is determined by entering the Start Time and End Time depending on the working hours of the company.
  • When adding a new activity using the template feature, activity information can be entered by choosing a ready-made template.
  • Customer Link may be shown.
  • By displaying the targets, the user's targets are displayed.

Parameters

By adding parameters to activities, specific criteria and measures (parameters) can be defined to measure and evaluate employees' performance, productivity and development needs.

On the Parameters screen, No , Title , Keyword and Data Type information are listed in a table.

Parameters are added by pressing the Add New button.

To add a parameter, information such as Parameter Name, Keyword, Sequence Data Type (veti type is divided into 6 items) is entered.

Data Type; It is saved by selecting from Full Line Text, Multi-Line Text, Multiple Choice Text (radio), Checkbox, Drop-down Menu (combo), Location information.

Calendar Settings

This is the screen where calendar settings are made.

Activities can be associated with the calendar by using Calendar Integration.

By activating the Add to Calendar button, the start and end date information entered for the activity will be displayed in the user's calendar.

Authorized Users

Having certain authorities in the company is an important element that increases organizational efficiency and workflow. Ensure delegation and clear distribution of tasks and responsibilities

 

Personal Settings

Kişisel Ayarlar, kullanıcının bir uygulama üzerindeki deneyimini özelleştirmesine olanak tanır. Kullanıcının kendi tercihlerine göre çeşitli ayarları yapılandırabilmesini sağlar. 

Aktiviteler uygulamasını özelleştirmek için Listeleme Ayarları ve Sütunlar ayarları yapılır. 

Listeleme Ayarları

Detay Gösterim Yöntemi;  Sekme veya Popup seçilir. 

Varsayılan Takvim Filtresi; Günlük, Haftalık, Aylık, Senelik veya Tümü olarak seçilir. 

Varsayılan Tarih Filtresi; Aktivite Tarihi, Kayıt Tarihi, Güncelleme Tarihi veya Onaylama Tarihi seçilir. 

Sayfalamada Kayıt Sayısı; 25, 50, 100, 250 veya 500 olarak seçilir.

Filtering Settings

Filtreleme ayarları, uygulamada belirli kriterlere göre verileri listelemek için kullanılır. Kullanıcıya yalnızca ilgili veya uygun verileri sunmaya yardımcı olur. 

Filtreleme ayarları ekranında Tarih Aralığı, Projeler, Kategori, Kullanıcı Türü, Kullanıcı alanları seçilerek filtreleme yapılır.

Sıralama; Aktivite Numarası, Başlık veya Aktivite Tarihi seçilerek sıralama yapılır. 

Personel İstatistikleri ve Log kayıtları menülerinde farklı filtreleme alanları mevcuttur. 

Personel İstatistikleri 

Filtreleme ayarları ekranında Tarih Aralığı, Çalışma Durumu alanları seçilerek filtreleme yapılır.

Sıralama; Personel Adı, Aktivite Sayısı veya Aktivite Süresi seçilerek sıralama yapılır. 

Log Kayıtları 

Filtreleme ayarları ekranında Kullanıcı, Kayıt Başlığı, İlgili alanları seçilerek filtreleme yapılır.
