Blank Vehicle Forms (BAF) are divided into two: Open BAF and Closed BAF.

On the Open Blank Vehicle Forms screen, Vehicle Plate, Vehicle Name / Class / Brand / Model / Year, BAF Type, Purpose of Use, Time Interval information is listed in a table. Add New Blank Vehicle Form Press the Add button to add a Blank Vehicle Form. Add New button to add a BAF Form.
To add a BAF Form, enter the following information: BAF Type, Purpose of Use, Customer Information, Vehicle Taker, Vehicle Returner, Vehicle, Exit Information, Return Information, Total Duration, Wash Status, BAF No, and Description.
Closed BAF
On the Closed Empty Vehicle Forms screen, Plate, Vehicle Name / Class / Brand / Model / Year, BAF Type, Purpose of Use, Time Interval information is listed in a table.
Groups and Categories
Groups, Categories and Vehicles are listed as sub-breakdowns. On the Vehicles screen, Vehicle Plate, Vehicle Information, Reason for Non-Use , Washing , Car Wash Point, Parking Lot, Last Km Counter , Driver, Service Company, Purpose of Use , Last Rental Date (Day) , Status , Customer , Contract Return, BAF Button information is in table form.
Clicking the + button next to your group will open the Add New Group page.
Add New Group
To add a new group, enter the Group Name, Key, and Order information. Click the Save button to save.
Clicking the + button next to the categories opens the Add New Category page.

To add a category, select Group. Enter the Parent Category, Category Name, Key, and Order information. Click the Save button to save.

Add Multiple Tools
To add multiple vehicles, enter the Group, Category, Counter Start, Counter End, Vehicle Name, Vehicle Plate, Preview, Price, Brand, Model information.
Vehicle Management is divided into six categories: Vehicle Status Table, Parking Lots, Drivers, Car Wash, Inactive Vehicles, Deleted Vehicles.
Vehicle Status Chart
The vehicle status chart shows the weekly and monthly status of the vehicles. Marked dates indicate whether the vehicle is occupied or in use.
Parking lots
On the Parking Lots screen, Parking Lot and Vehicle Number information is listed in a table.
Drivers
On the Drivers screen, Vehicle Plate and Quantity information are listed in a table.
A driver is added by clicking the Add New Driver button.
To add a driver, select Company and Department. Driver is added.
Car Wash
On the Vehicle Wash screen, Vehicle Plate, Vehicle Name / Class / Brand / Model, Wash Status information is listed in a table. By clicking on the BAF detail, the Empty Vehicle Forum detail is accessed.
Passive Vehicles

Deleted Vehicles
On the Deleted Vehicles screen, Vehicle Plate, Vehicle Name, Date information is listed in a table. It is deleted with the Permanently Delete All button.

Sıralama; Araç Adı, Plaka, Sıra No, Oluşturulma Tarihi veya Güncelleme Tarihi alanları seçilerek sıralama yapılır.
Açık Boş Araç Formları, Araç Durum Çizelgesi, Araç Satışta, Poliçeler menülerinde farklı filtreleme alanları mevcuttur.

Files belonging to the vehicle can be added on the Attached Files screen.
By pressing the Add New File button, a single file is uploaded and the sequence information is entered.
You can easily upload multiple files by pressing the Add Multiple Files button.

Stations are divided into two categories: Station Descriptions and Inter-Station Transfer Fees.
Station Descriptions
Station Name, Coordinates, Key information are listed in a table on the Station Definitions page. A station is added by clicking the Add New button.
A new station is added by entering the Station Name, Key, Countries, Order, Coordinate information.
Inter-Station Transfer Fees
Currency is entered on the Inter-Station Transfer Fees screen.
Delivery Points are divided into two categories: Delivery Point Definitions and Transfer Fees Between Delivery Points.
Delivery Point Definitions
Delivery Point Name, Coordinates, Key information are listed in a table on the Delivery Point Definitions screen. A delivery point is added by clicking the Add New Delivery Point button.
To add a Delivery Point, Station Name, Key (Short Name), Country, Province, District, Order Coordinate X (Latitude), Coordinate Y (Longitude) information is entered.
Transfer Fees Between Delivery Points
On the Transfer Fees Between Delivery Points screen, Quick Price Application Unit and Currency information is entered.

BAF sayfasında "Yeni Ekle" butonuna tıklayarak form tipi, araç bilgileri, çıkış/dönüş tarih ve saatlerini girerek formu kaydedebilirsiniz.
Araç Durumu sayfasında araç durumu ve açıklama girerek aracı kullanım dışına alabilirsiniz.
Dönüş bilgilerini girerek ve yıkama durumunu seçerek formu kapatabilir, kaydedebilirsiniz.
