On the All Vehicles screen, Vehicle Plate, Vehicle Information, Reason for Out of Use, Washing, Vehicle Washing Point, Parking Lot, Last Km Counter, Driver, Service Company, Purpose of Use, Last Rental Date (Day), Status, Customer, Contract Return, BAF Button information is in a table form.

Car rental

This is the screen where the vehicles used in the Car Rental application are listed.

Out of Use

On the Out of Use screen, Vehicle Plate, Vehicle Information, Out of Use Reason, Washing, Vehicle Washing Point, Parking Lot, Last Km Counter, Service Company, Purpose of Use, Last Rental Date (Day), Status, Customer, Contract Return, BAF Button information is in a table form.

Idle

Blank Vehicle Forms (BAF) are divided into two: Open BAF and Closed BAF.

Open BAF

On the Open Blank Vehicle Forms screen, Vehicle Plate, Vehicle Name / Class / Brand / Model / Year, BAF Type, Purpose of Use, Time Interval information is listed in a table. Add New Blank Vehicle Form Press the Add button to add a Blank Vehicle Form. Add New button to add a BAF Form.

To add a BAF Form, enter the following information: BAF Type, Purpose of Use, Customer Information, Vehicle Taker, Vehicle Returner, Vehicle, Exit Information, Return Information, Total Duration, Wash Status, BAF No, and Description.

Closed BAF

On the Closed Empty Vehicle Forms screen, Plate, Vehicle Name / Class / Brand / Model / Year, BAF Type, Purpose of Use, Time Interval information is listed in a table.

Groups and Categories

Groups, Categories and Vehicles are listed as sub-breakdowns. On the Vehicles screen, Vehicle Plate, Vehicle Information, Reason for Non-Use , Washing , Car Wash Point, Parking Lot, Last Km Counter , Driver, Service Company, Purpose of Use , Last Rental Date (Day) , Status , Customer , Contract Return, BAF Button information is in table form.

Clicking the + button next to your group will open the Add New Group page.

Add New Group

To add a new group, enter the Group Name, Key, and Order information. Click the Save button to save.

Clicking the + button next to the categories opens the Add New Category page.

Add New Category

To add a category, select Group. Enter the Parent Category, Category Name, Key, and Order information. Click the Save button to save.

Add New

To add a new vehicle , Group, Category, Vehicle Name, Key, Vehicle Plate, Vehicle Type, Class Brand Model Year (4 digits) Colour, Status, Usage, Registration Date, Inspection Validity Date, Addition Date, Next Periodic Maintenance (15000), Sequence information is entered.

Add Multiple Tools

To add multiple vehicles, enter the Group, Category, Counter Start, Counter End, Vehicle Name, Vehicle Plate, Preview, Price, Brand, Model information.

Vehicle Management is divided into six categories: Vehicle Status Table, Parking Lots, Drivers, Car Wash, Inactive Vehicles, Deleted Vehicles.

Vehicle Status Chart

The vehicle status chart shows the weekly and monthly status of the vehicles. Marked dates indicate whether the vehicle is occupied or in use.

Parking lots

On the Parking Lots screen, Parking Lot and Vehicle Number information is listed in a table.

Drivers

On the Drivers screen, Vehicle Plate and Quantity information are listed in a table.

A driver is added by clicking the Add New Driver button.

To add a driver, select Company and Department. Driver is added.

Car Wash

On the Vehicle Wash screen, Vehicle Plate, Vehicle Name / Class / Brand / Model, Wash Status information is listed in a table. By clicking on the BAF detail, the Empty Vehicle Forum detail is accessed.

Passive Vehicles

Vehicle Plate on the Passive Vehicles screen, Vehicle Name and Date information is listed in a table.

Deleted Vehicles

On the Deleted Vehicles screen, Vehicle Plate, Vehicle Name, Date information is listed in a table. It is deleted with the Permanently Delete All button.

Vehicle Sales are divided into two categories: For Sale and Sold.

On sale

On the Vehicle For Sale screen, Vehicle Plate, Vehicle Name / Class / Brand / Model / Year / Color, Buyer, Sales Price, Sales Date information is listed in a table.

Sold

On the Sold screen, Vehicle Plate, Vehicle Name / Class / Brand / Model / Year / Color, Buyer, Sales Price, Sales Date information is updated in a table.

Analyses are divided into six categories: Policies, Vehicle Inspection, Periodic Maintenance, Vehicle Performance, Vehicle Profitability, and Vehicle Targets.

Policies

On the Policies screen, Vehicle Plate, Vehicle Name / Class / Brand / Model / Year / Color, Amount, Start, End, Remaining Time information is listed in a table.

Vehicle Inspection

On the Policies screen, Vehicle Plate, Vehicle Name / Class / Brand / Model / Year / Color, Amount, Start, End, Remaining Time information is listed in a table.

Periodic Maintenance

In the Periodic Maintenance screen, Vehicle Plate, Vehicle Name / Class / Brand / Model / Year / Color, Last Mileage Counter, Next Periodic Maintenance, Remaining Mileage information are listed in a table.

Vehicle Performance

On the Vehicle Performance screen, Vehicle Plate, Vehicle Name, Rental, Fleet Rental, Usage, Service - Maintenance information is listed in a table.

Vehicle Profitability

On the Vehicle Profitability screen, Vehicle Name / Vehicle Plate, Vehicle Rental (Day), Fleet Rental (Day), Transfer (Unit), Vehicle Rental Total Amount, Fleet Rental Total Amount, Transfer Total Amount, Additional Earnings Total Amount, Total Income, Vehicle Expense, Target Amount, Net Earnings, Rate information are listed in a table.

Vehicle Targets

On the Vehicle Targets screen, Vehicle Name / License Plate, Target Day, Realized Day, Target Amount, Realized Amount information is listed in a table.

Transactions are divided into two: Adding a Vehicle and Updating Mileage.

Adding a Vehicle

On the vehicle adding screen, the prepared file is uploaded to the system, taking into account the sample file format.

Mileage Update

On the mileage update screen, the file prepared by taking into account the sample file format is uploaded to the system.

 Filtreleme, uygulamada belirli kriterlere göre verileri listelemek için kullanılır. Kullanıcıya yalnızca ilgili veya uygun verileri sunmaya yardımcı olur. 

Filtreleme sayfasında Araç Tipi, Sınıf, İstasyon, Otopark, Grup, Durum, Kullanım Şekli, Araç Sahibi, Yıkama alanları seçilerek filtreleme yapılır.
Sıralama; Araç Adı, Plaka, Sıra No, Oluşturulma Tarihi veya Güncelleme Tarihi alanları seçilerek sıralama yapılır. 

Açık Boş Araç Formları, Araç Durum Çizelgesi, Araç Satışta,  Poliçeler menülerinde farklı filtreleme alanları mevcuttur. 

Açık Boş Araç Formları

Filtreleme sayfasında BAF Tipi, Sınıf, İstasyon, Grup alanları seçilerek filtreleme yapılır. 
Sıralama; Araç Adı, Plaka, Kullanım Amacı, Sıra No, Çıkış Tarihi, Dönüş Tarihi, Kayıt Tarihi veya  Güncelleme Tarihi seçilerek sıralama yapılır.

Araç Durum Çizelgesi

Filtreleme sayfasında Araç Tipi, Sınıf, İstasyon, Yakıt Tipi, Vites Tipi alanları seçilerek filtreleme yapılır. 

Araç Satışta

 Filtreleme sayfasında Grup, Kategori alanları seçilerek filtreleme yapılır. 
Sıralama; Araç Adı, Plakaya Göre, Alıcı Adı, Satış Tarihi veya Satış Fiyatı seçilerek sıralama yapılır. 

Poliçeler 

Filtreleme sayfasında Sınıf, İstasyon, Grup, Durum, Poliçe alanları seçilerek filtreleme yapılır. 
Sıralama; Araç Adı, Plaka, Tutar, Başlangıç Tarihi, Bitiş Tarihi veya Kalan Süre alanları seçilerek sıralama yapılır. 

This is the screen where the vehicle record is defined.

To add a new vehicle , Group, Category, Vehicle Name, Key, Vehicle Plate, Vehicle Type, Class Brand Model Year (4 digits) Colour, Status, Usage, Registration Date, Inspection Validity Date, Addition Date, Next Periodic Maintenance (15000), Sequence information is entered.

This is the screen where summary information is displayed.

The Summary screen lists the applications in which the tool is used, General information, and basic components.

This is the screen where general information is edited.

On the General Information screen, Vehicle Name, Key, Vehicle Plate, Vehicle Type, Class, Brand, Model, Year, Color, Status, Usage, Deferral Date, Inspection Validity Date, Addition Date, Next Periodic Maintenance information is edited.

This is the screen where the vehicle status is displayed.

In the Vehicle Status screen, Station, Parking Lot, Wash Status and Vehicle Status information is entered.
The vehicle may be marked as unserviceable.

This is the screen where detailed information is displayed.

In the general information screen, Gear Type, Fuel Type, Number of Passengers, Luggage Volume, Fuel Tank Volume, Cylinder Volume, Last Fuel Status, Last Km Counter, Engine No, Chassis No, Body Type, Vehicle Owner, License Series information is entered.

This is the screen where driver information is displayed.

The default driver is selected and saved on the driver information screen.

This is the screen where policies are displayed.

On the Policies screen, Category / Type, Vehicle Name / Class / Brand / Model / Year / Color, Amount, Start, End, Remaining Period information is listed in a table.

A policy is added by clicking the Add New Policy button.

To add a policy, Insurance Type, Vehicle Selection, Insurance Company, Insurance Category, Policy Number, Policy Issue Date, Start Date, End Date, Stage, Status information is entered.

This is the screen where service information is displayed.

On the service information screen, Vehicle Name, Service Company, Service Type, and Registrant information are listed in a table.

The service record is added by pressing the Add New button.

To add a Service Record, enter the Service Company, Vehicle Selection, Service Type, Service Procedures, Delivery Date, Delivery Date and Description information.

This is the screen where tire information is displayed.

On the Tire Information screen, Tire Type, Plate, Sidewall, Rim, Tire Production Year, Tire Life, Active information is selected and saved.

Annual plans are displayed on the vehicle status chart.

Rental Information is divided into three categories: Vehicle Rental, Fleet Rental, Passenger Transfer.
Submenus are formed according to the Usage Type selected during vehicle registration.

An example is car rental.

Car rental

On the Car Rental screen, RA No, Customer Information, Vehicles, Departure Information, Return Information are listed in a table. The vehicle's registration date, departure date or return date can be selected and filtered.

This is the screen where the vehicle's expenses are displayed.

On the vehicle expenses screen, History, Category, It includes Expense Item , Price, Page Total, Grand Total information.

This is the screen where BAF records are displayed.

On the BAF Records screen, Vehicle Plate, Vehicle Name / Class / Brand / Model / Year, BAF Type, Purpose of Use, Time Interval information is listed in a table.

The BAF Form is added by pressing the Add New button.

To add a BAF, enter the following information: BAF Type, Purpose of Use, Customer Information, Vehicle Taker, Vehicle Returner, Vehicle, Exit Information, Return Information, Total Duration, Wash Status, BAF No, and Description.

This is the screen where the connected files are displayed.

Files belonging to the vehicle can be added on the Attached Files screen.

By pressing the Add New File button, a single file is uploaded and the sequence information is entered.

You can easily upload multiple files by pressing the Add Multiple Files button.

Settings are customized by selecting the settings to be used according to the company's preference from the General Settings menu.

General Settings

-Using Group/Category in vehicle definitions makes it easier to manage the vehicle application categorically.

-Vehicles are detailed using Vehicle Detailed Information.

-It appeals to multiple audiences thanks to its multi-language support.

-The default country for the delivery point is selected according to the country the company prefers.

Vehicle Usage Type is selected according to the company's preference and the options are marked.

Vehicle Information Definitions are divided into six categories: Class Definitions, Brand Definitions, Model Definitions, Color Definitions, Fuel Type Definitions, and Body Type Definitions.

Class Definitions

On the Vehicle Class Definitions screen, the Title information is listed in a table. A class definition is added by pressing the Add New button.

To add a Class Definition, enter the Title information.

Brand Definitions

On the brand definitions screen, the Title information is listed in a table. The brand definition is added by pressing the Add New button.

To add a Brand Description, enter the Title information.

Model Definitions

Car models are listed. A model is added by pressing the Add New button.

To add a model, Brand, Model Title, and Order information is entered.

Color Definitions

The Title is listed on the Color Definitions screen. The color definition is added by pressing the Add New button.

Enter a title to add a vehicle color.

Fuel Type Definitions

In the Fuel Type Definitions screen, the Header information is listed in a table. A fuel type is added by pressing the Add New button.

A title is entered to define the fuel type.

Body Type Definitions

The Header information is listed in a table on the Body Type Definitions page. A Body type is added by clicking the Add New button.

A title is entered to define the body type.

This is the screen where vehicle types are displayed.

On the Vehicle Types page, Order, Vehicle Name / Class / Brand / Model, Vehicle Rental Product, Vehicle Rental Product with Driver, Fleet Rental Product, Passenger Transfer Product information is listed in a table.

The vehicle type is added by pressing the Add New button.

To add a vehicle type, enter the following information: Car Rental, Fleet Rental, Using a Vehicle with a Driver, Passenger Transfer, Vehicle Type Name, Key, Class, Brand, Model, and Order.

Stations are divided into two categories: Station Descriptions and Inter-Station Transfer Fees.

Station Descriptions

Station Name, Coordinates, Key information are listed in a table on the Station Definitions page. A station is added by clicking the Add New button.

A new station is added by entering the Station Name, Key, Countries, Order, Coordinate information.

Inter-Station Transfer Fees

Currency is entered on the Inter-Station Transfer Fees screen.

Delivery Points are divided into two categories: Delivery Point Definitions and Transfer Fees Between Delivery Points.

Delivery Point Definitions

Delivery Point Name, Coordinates, Key information are listed in a table on the Delivery Point Definitions screen. A delivery point is added by clicking the Add New Delivery Point button.

To add a Delivery Point, Station Name, Key (Short Name), Country, Province, District, Order Coordinate X (Latitude), Coordinate Y (Longitude) information is entered.

Transfer Fees Between Delivery Points

On the Transfer Fees Between Delivery Points screen, Quick Price Application Unit and Currency information is entered.

This is the screen where the Usage Purposes are displayed.

Title information is available on the Intended Use screen. A title is added by pressing the Add New button.

To add a Usage Purpose, enter the Title information.

This is the screen where the out of use definitions are displayed.

The Out of Use Definitions screen contains information on why the tool will be used. An Out of Use definition is added by pressing the Add New button.

To add a Deprecated definition, enter the Title information.

This is the screen where driver descriptions are displayed.

Driver information is available on the Driver Definitions screen. A driver is added by clicking the Add New Driver button.

To add a driver, select the company and user and add the driver.

This is the screen where fuel prices are set.

On the Fuel Prices screen, Fuel Type prices and Unit Fuel Quantity are entered.

This is the screen where parking lot descriptions are added.

Title information is available on the Parking Lot Definitions screen. A parking lot definition is added by pressing the Add New button.

To add a Parking Lot Description, enter the Title, Order, and Description information.

This is the screen where vehicle wash points are defined.

Title information is available on the Vehicle Wash Points screen. The vehicle wash point definition is added by pressing the Add New button.

To add a Vehicle Wash Point, enter the Title information.

This is the screen where vehicle owners are defined.

Title information is available on the Vehicle Owner Definitions screen. Title information is entered by pressing the Add New button.

To add a Vehicle Owner, enter the Title information.

Vehicle Tire Definitions are divided into three as Plate, Sidewall and Rim.

Plate

Title information is available on the Vehicle Tire Plate screen. Plate information is added by pressing the Add New button.

To add a plate, enter the Title information.

Cheek

Title information is included on the Vehicle Tire Sidewall page. Sidewall information is added by clicking the Add New button.

To add cheeks, enter the Header information.

Rim

Title information is included on the Vehicle Tire Rim page. Rim information is added by clicking the Add New button.

To add a rim, enter the Title information.

Parameters are divided into five groups: Vehicle Parameters, Vehicle Dependent File Parameters, Vehicle Type Parameters, Vehicle Type Dependent File Parameters.

Vehicle Parameters

On the vehicle parameters screen, Order , Parameter, Detailed information is listed in a table. The parameter is added by pressing the Add New Parameter button.

To add a parameter, enter the Parameter Name, Keyword, Sequence Data Type (data type is divided into 6 items).

Data Type; Full-Line Text, Multi-Line Text, Multiple Choice Text (radio), Checkbox, Drop-Down Menu (combo), Location information is entered and saved.

Tool Attached File Parameters

On the Vehicle Attached File Parameters screen, Order , Parameter, Detailed information is listed in a table. The parameter is added by pressing the Add New Parameter button.

To add a parameter, enter the Parameter Name, Keyword, Sequence Data Type (data type is divided into 6 items).

Data Type; Full-Line Text, Multi-Line Text, Multiple Choice Text (radio), Checkbox, Drop-Down Menu (combo), Location information is entered and saved.

Vehicle Type Parameters

On the Vehicle Type Parameters screen, Order , Parameter, Detailed information is listed in a table. The parameter is added by pressing the Add New Parameter button.

To add a parameter, enter the Parameter Name, Keyword, Sequence Data Type (data type is divided into 6 items).

Data Type; Full-Line Text, Multi-Line Text, Multiple Choice Text (radio), Checkbox, Drop-Down Menu (combo), Location information is entered and saved.

Tool Type Dependent File Parameters

On the Vehicle Type Linked File Parameters screen, Order , Parameter, Detailed information is listed in a table. The parameter is added by pressing the Add New Parameter button.

To add a parameter, enter the Parameter Name, Keyword, Sequence Data Type (data type is divided into 6 items).

Data Type; Full-Line Text, Multi-Line Text, Multiple Choice Text (radio), Checkbox, Drop-Down Menu (combo), Location information is entered and saved.

Image sizes are divided into three: Nail Image, Medium Image, Large Image.

Image dimensions are adjusted according to the company's preference.

On the Authorized Users screen, users are given the required authorizations and saved.
