Current Accounts

This is the page where current accounts are listed. They are divided into three categories: Pending, Active and Passive.

On hold

This is the page where the Pending Current Accounts are listed.

Current Name, Meta Data, Total Amount, Monthly Invoice and Customer Representative information are listed in a table.

This information can be filtered and displayed from the filtering area.

Active

This is the page where active Current Accounts are listed.

Current Name, Meta Data, Budget by Currency, Total Amount, Monthly Invoice and Customer Representative information are listed in a table.

This information can be filtered and displayed from the filtering area.

Passive

This is the page where passive current accounts are listed.

Current Name, Meta Data, Budget by Currency, Total Amount, Monthly Invoice and Customer Representative information are listed in a table.

This information can be filtered and displayed from the filtering area.

Customer Representatives

Customer Representative statistics are divided into two based on subject and customer status.

Topic Statistics

This is the page where customer representative statistics are listed on a subject basis.

Customer Representative, Number of Customers, Licenses, Services, Support Ticket and Total amount information are listed in a table.

Customer Status

This is the page where customer representative statistics are listed on a status basis.

Pending, Active, and Total number and amount information are listed in a table.

Analytics

Analyses are divided into two: monthly general status and invoice status.

Monthly General Status

This is the page where the general monthly status of invoicing is listed.

Current Name, Budget, Membership Fees, Receivables, Proforma Vouchers, Proformas, Invoices and Customer Representative information are listed in a table.

Invoice Status

This is the page where the invoice status is listed in billing.

Current Name, Budget, Total Amount, Invoice, Collection, Current Balance and Current Status information are listed in a table.

Adding A Current Account

In current accounts, the "Add New Current Account" button is clicked. The current account is selected and saved by entering a description.

Summary

You can go to the Current Account Details page by clicking on the current account added to the billing application.

Summary

It is the summary page of the current detail. It contains transaction and company information.

General Information

This is the page where the general information of the company is added.

The relevant field is filled in and saved.

Contact Information

This is the page where the company's contact information is added and listed.

Customer and staff contact information is listed on this page.

New contact information can be added by entering and saving information in the Add New field.

Customer Representatives

Customer representatives who are interested in the company are listed on this screen.

A new customer representative can be added from the Add Customer Representative field.

Sales Representatives

Sales representatives interested in the company are listed on this screen.

A new sales representative can be added from the Add Sales Representative field.

Metadata

The meta data we want to appear in the summary area is added and listed on this page.

The keyword and value are entered and saved.

The added metadata is listed in a table.

Membership Dues

Membership fees are divided into three categories: incoming membership fees, outgoing membership fees, and periods.

Incoming Dues

Incoming dues are displayed on this page and a new dues record can be created by entering the necessary information in the create a new dues record field at the top.

Subject / Category, Explanation, Record Date , Update Date , Accrual Date, Start Date, End Date , Period , Agreement and Amount information are listed in a table.

Outgoing Dues

Outgoing dues are displayed on this page and a new dues record can be created by entering the necessary information in the create a new dues record field at the top.

Membership fees for each period are shown on this page.

Services

All services attached to the customer billing are displayed on this page.

Service Number / Service Key, Business Partner, Package Name, Category / Product, Periods, Dues, Sale price, Beginning, End , Stage information is listed in a table.

Support Registration

All support ticket agreements attached to customer billing are displayed on this page.

Proformas

Proformas are divided into two groups: proforma receipts and proformas.

Proforma Receipts

The probable receivables in the term receivables section are shown on this page after they are accrued and a proforma voucher is created.

Date , Product Code , Product Name , Unit Amount, Amount , VAT, VAT Amount, Total Amount information is listed in a table.

By selecting the proforma vouchers; You can create a new proforma from the selected ones, add the selected ones to the proforma or delete the selected one from the Transactions menu.

The generated proformas are displayed on this page.

Proforma No., Explanation, Status , Invoice , Date, Amount information is listed in a table.

Invoices

Invoices are listed on this page and invoices can be added by adding a new invoice.

Direction , Customer , Invoice Number , Description, Sales Representative , Customer Representatives , Price / VAT, Total Amount, History, Actual Shipment Date, Payment Status, Recorder Information, Update Information and Status information is listed in tabular form.

Collections

Collections are displayed on this page.

Payment Method, Date , Name Surname, Independent Section, Category / Description, Amount information is listed in a table.

Current Account

Current transactions related to the current account are shown on this page.

Date , Maturity Date, Movement Code, Document Code , Description, Proforma , Debt, Delay Compensation, Receivable, Balance information is listed in a table.

General Settings

Settings are customized by selecting the settings to be used according to the company's preference from the General Settings menu.

The color of the application is saved by selecting the preferred color.

By parsing the application according to my companies, all records are parsed according to companies.

By selecting the Default Company, all records are saved to the default company.

Various settings such as Use e-mail sending feature, Use SMS sending feature, Use Parameter Feature, Use Meta Data can be used.

From the Applications subject to billing field, select which applications will be included in the current detail as a billing subject.

From the Menus to be Displayed, select which menus, such as Memberships, Receivables, and Payables, will be displayed in current details.

All settings on the page are saved after they are made.

 

Default Metadata Definitions

Metadata definitions and settings in the billing application are made on this page.

Keyword and Options are specified and saved.

Authorized Users

Having certain authorities in the company is an important element that increases organizational efficiency and workflow. Authorization ensures a clear distribution of tasks and responsibilities.

On the Authorized Users screen, users are given the required authorizations and saved.

 

 

Filtering Settings

Filtreleme ayarları, bir sistemde veya uygulamada  belirli kriterlere göre verileri sınıflandırmak için kullanılır. Bu ayarlar, kullanıcıya yalnızca ilgili veya uygun içerikleri sunmaya yardımcı olur. 

 

Filtreleme ayarları ekranında Müşteri Temsilcisi, Faturalandırma Konuları, Metadata Anahtarı, Dönem, İş Ortağı alanları seçilerek filtreleme yapılır.

Sıralama; Cari Adı alanı seçilerek sıralama ayarları yapılır. 

Konu istatistikleri menüsünde farklı filtreleme alanları mevcuttur. 

Filtreleme ayarları ekranında Durum alanı seçilerek filtreleme yapılır.

Sıralama; müşteri temsilci alanı seçilerek sıralama yapılır.
