Price lists application is an application where product prices are created and managed according to different periods or fictions.

The main purpose of the price lists application is to quickly update and manage product prices periodically or according to different setups.

The main benefits that price list applications provide to businesses are:

1. It increases profitability and provides competitive advantage by ensuring accurate pricing of products or services.

2. It strengthens customer relationships and increases customer loyalty by offering special pricing options to customers.

3. It provides the opportunity to create different price lists for different sales channels.

4. It allows price updates to be made quickly.

This is the home page of the Price Lists application.

Purchase price lists are defined for your products for your dealers and business partners. To create a price list, click on the Purchase Price Lists link in the left menu on the application detail page. Price lists are added to the page that opens.

Added lists can be accessed from the Purchase Price Lists menu. A new purchase price list can be added, and new products can be added to the existing lists. By using the filter area, lists can be displayed by brand.

Sales price lists are defined for your products for dealers and business partners. To create a price list, click on the Sales Price Lists link in the left menu on the application detail page. Price lists are added from the page that opens.

You can access the added lists from the Sales Price Lists menu, add a new sales price list, and add new products to the existing lists. By using the filter area, lists can be displayed by brand.

Click on the Add New Price List button for the price list you want to add (Buying-Selling). From the page that opens, enter the List Name, Currency, Country Selection, VAT, Brand, and List Date. To activate the list, the Valid List box must be checked.

If it is a purchase price list, you can choose a supplier; if it is a sales price list, you can choose a business partner.

Title, Status, Tag, Brand, Country, Currency, Listing Date are listed on the summary screen.

Click on the Add New Product link on the price list page.

To add products manually, click on the Add Manual Product link on the page that opens and select the products from the page that appears.

To add products in bulk via file, click on the Add Product via File link. Product prices are added in the same format as shown in the file sample on the page that opens.

Sales price lists are created by brand, group and category.

This is the screen where prices are transferred to products.

Settings are customized by selecting the preferences to be used from the General Settings menu.

Use Brand in Lists: Allows you to use the brand when adding price lists.

Show VAT Information: The VAT rate is determined for the price list and displayed on the product price list page.

Use Country Option: The target country is specified for price lists. Country definitions come from the definitions in the General Settings > Country Definitions menu.

Use Business Partner Option: Business partner selection is made when entering the price list.

Select Supplier in Purchase Price Lists: The supplier of the products included in the purchase price list is specified in the price list.

Add Price by Product Model: A price list is created for the models. Price lists are created according to the model definitions set under the Models menu of the Products application.

After selecting the Basic Components you want to use in the Price Lists application, the process is completed by pressing the Save button at the bottom.

Detay Gösterim Yöntemi;  Sekme veya Popup seçilir. 

Varsayılan Takvim Filtresi; Günlük, Haftalık, Aylık, Senelik veya Tümü olarak seçilir. 

Sayfalamada Kayıt Sayısı; 25, 50, 100, 250 veya 500 olarak seçilir.

Yukarıda listenenen sutün maddeleri tercihe göre seçilerek kaydedilir. 

Filtreleme ayarları, bir sistemde veya uygulamada  belirli kriterlere göre verileri sınıflandırmak için kullanılır. Bu ayarlar, kullanıcıya yalnızca ilgili veya uygun içerikleri sunmaya yardımcı olur. 

Filtreleme ayarları ekranında Tarih Aralığı, Marka alanları seçilerek filtreleme yapılır.

Sıralama; Marka, Liste Adı, Fiyat Sayısı, Para Birimi, Tarih seçilerek sıralama yapılır.
