Definition

Vehicles service application is an application that allows vehicle owners to manage vehicle maintenance, repair and general service more easily and efficiently. This application can be accessed via mobile devices or computers.

Aim

The purpose of the vehicle service application is to enable vehicle owners to easily plan, manage and track maintenance and repair services.

  • Vehicle owners can take their vehicles to service regularly without missing maintenance times.

Entrance

It is the login screen of the vehicle service application.

Periodic Maintenance

This is the screen where periodic maintenance of vehicles is monitored.

In the Periodic Maintenance screen, Vehicle Name, Service Company, Vehicle Status, Last Mileage Counter, Next Periodic, Maintenance, Date, Service Type, Recorder information is listed in a table.

Detailed Cleaning

The detailed cleaning of the vehicle is monitored.

On the Detailed Cleaning screen, Vehicle Name, Service Company, Vehicle Status, Last Km Counter, Next Periodic, Maintenance, Date, Service Type, Recorder information is listed in a table.

Tire Change

The vehicle's tire change is monitored.

On the Tire Change screen, Vehicle Name, Service Company, Vehicle Status, Last Mileage Counter, Next Period, Maintenance, Date, Service Type, Recorder information is listed in a table.

Damage / Accident

Damage/Accident is divided into three categories: Major Damages, Minor Damages, and Painting Operations.

Major Damages

On the Major Damages screen, Vehicle Name, Service Company, Vehicle Status, Last Mileage Counter, Next Period, Maintenance, Date, Service Type, Recorder information is listed in a table.

Minor Damages

On the Minor Damages screen, Vehicle Name, Service Company, Vehicle Status, Last Mileage Counter, Next Period, Maintenance, Date, Service Type, Recorder information is listed in a table.

Paint Processes

On the Paint Operations screen, Vehicle Name, Service Company, Vehicle Status, Last Km Counter, Next Periodic, Maintenance, Date, Service Type, Recorder information is listed in a table.

Other Operations

This is the screen where other operations applied to the vehicle are monitored.
For other operations, you can define service operations from the settings menu.

In the Other Transactions screen, Vehicle Name, Service Company, Vehicle Status, Last Mileage Counter, Next Periodic, Maintenance, Date, Service Type, Recorder information is listed in a table.

General Information

This is the screen that defines the service record.

To enter a service record, enter the following information: Service Company, Vehicle Selection, Service Type (Periodic Maintenance, Detailed Cleaning, Tire Change, Damage / Accident, Other Transactions), Service Transactions, Last Km Counter, Delivery Date, Delivery Date, Description. After all transactions are completed, press the Save button to save.

Summary

This is the screen where summary information of the service record is displayed.

On the summary screen, Service Company, Vehicle Selection, Service Type, Service Procedures, Description, Registrant, Registration Date information is listed in a table.

General Information

Service record information is edited on the general information screen.

On the General Information screen, Service Company, Vehicle Selection, Service Type, Service Procedures, Last Km Counter, Delivery Date, Description information is edited.

Payment Transactions

Payment Transactions are divided into two: Payments and Invoices.

Payments

On the Payments screen, Payment Type, Date, Description, Amount information is listed in a table.

The payment is added by clicking the Add New Payment button.

To add a payment, connect to the Cashier, Bank, Check, POS, Coupon, Advance, Credit Payments applications and add the payment.

Invoices

On the Invoices screen, Direction, Customer, Invoice No, Description, Total, VAT, Total Amount, Date, Payment Status information is listed in a table. By pressing the Add New Invoice button, you connect to the Invoices application. An invoice is added by entering general information.

 

General Settings

Settings are customized by selecting the settings to be used according to the company's preference from the General Settings menu.

The color of the application is saved by selecting the preferred color.

If a company has more than one company, it becomes easier to manage that company by using the separate company feature.

Periodic Maintenance Settings First Maintenance Mileage - Last Maintenance Mileage settings are made according to the company's preference.

Service Types

This is the screen where service types are displayed.

The Service Type screen includes Title and Transaction number information.

The service is added by pressing the Add New Service Record button.

To add a service, enter the title and order information. After all operations are completed, save by pressing the Save button.

The service operations to be performed in the service type are defined by entering the created service type definition .

 

Service Companies

This is the screen where service companies are displayed.

The Service Name information is available on the Service Companies screen. By clicking the Add New Service Company button, the customer is searched. The service company is added.

Authorized Users

On the Authorized Users screen, users are given the required authorizations and saved.

 

Filtering Settings

Filtreleme ayarları, bir sistemde veya uygulamada  belirli kriterlere göre verileri sınıflandırmak için kullanılır. Bu ayarlar, kullanıcıya yalnızca ilgili veya uygun içerikleri sunmaya yardımcı olur. 

Filtreleme ayarları ekranında Servis Durumu alanları seçilerek filtreleme yapılır.

Sıralama; Kayıt Tarihi veya Tarih seçilerek sıralama yapılır.
