Established in 1994, the foundation has provided scholarships, books and clothing to many Quran course students, secondary school and university students, as well as providing in-kind and cash assistance to needy individuals and families in the immediate vicinity.

About İlkseç Foundation

Our foundation was established in 1994 under the leadership of former Bayrampaşa Mufti Hamit İSKENDER and Kocatepe Quran Course Founder Ali Ulvi UZUNLAR Hoca Efendi.

Since its establishment, it has provided scholarships, books and clothing to many Quran course students, secondary school and university students, and has also provided in-kind and cash aid to needy individuals and families in the immediate vicinity.

Our foundation currently has a total of 10 Quran Education Centers, including Bayrampaşa Kocatepe Quran Course, Esenler Hayırseverler Quran Course, Bahçelievler Hacı Süleyman Kamadan Quran Course, Başakşehir Hacı Kasım Quran Course, Sarıyer Mecca Nur Quran Course, Arnavutköy Abdülaziz Abdik Quran Course, Küçükçekmece İmam Azam Quran Course, Bayrampaşa Kocatepe İLKEM (Science and Culture Education Center), İLKEM (Science and Culture Education Center) Academy and 4-6 Age Group Quran Course.

İLKEÇ Foundation will continue to maintain this rapid momentum we have gained in Quranic services with the grace of Allah Almighty and to raise “Generations That Come to Life with the Quran” by undertaking much bigger projects, God willing.
