Horoz Demir has been producing metal wheels, garage door fittings, rail door system accessories, door accessories such as hinges and slides, and scaffolding fittings since 2012.

Need for Change, Expectations and Goals

Horoz Demir turned to B2B and B2C E-Commerce ERP solutions to meet its operational requirements during the digital transformation process. Accounting and business processes were being carried out manually, which led to loss of efficiency and errors. There was no system for tracking critical business functions such as warehouse management, current accounts, average maturity, and sales turnover. In addition, operational processes were experiencing disruptions due to manual order entry, regional distance, and communication problems. They wanted to cope with the company's current structure, increasing workload, and complex processes. Implementation and Distribution Process

In the first phase of the application, a corporate website was created. In order to make operational processes more efficient, current account management, order tracking module, invoicing, bank transactions, check management and personnel processes were integrated. This platform enabled the team to fully participate in the system and provided field sales personnel with remote access to the system from anywhere in Turkey. Field sales personnel were able to instantly process transactions such as checks and receipts from anywhere they wanted. In addition, access to cash register information defined for field sales personnel was provided, making it possible to report financial data quickly and easily. Adding to cart and payment processes were also made faster with B2C and ERP solutions. Thanks to the e-collection integration, a link was sent to current account holders to make payments, thus greatly accelerating the financial flow.
