The Goodness Aid and Solidarity Association (Goodness Association) is a non-governmental organization with public benefit status, with roots dating back 40 years, founded in 2009 and gaining the status of a national/international aid organization with its ordinary general assembly meeting held in 2013.

The Goodness Association's scope of activities includes helping those in need in the face of natural disasters, man-made disasters, wars, hunger, thirst, and all other forms of emergency aid. The Goodness Association's scope of activities extends beyond humanitarian aid, and it also continues its work in education, culture, and civilization building. With 60 representative offices in Türkiye and new branches opening in new provinces every day, the Goodness Association is active in Türkiye and coordinates with trusted partners globally in Africa, the Balkans, the Middle East, and Europe.

Need for Change, Expectations and Goals

The İyilik Association sought to consolidate all donation processes across its website and other fundraising resources onto a single platform, simplifying their management. They sought a solution to eliminate manual processes and automate their association management processes. They decided to utilize the Aidango platform, which offers comprehensive and flexible ERP solutions, from automating association management processes to managing email and SMS communications and simplifying event management.

Evaluation and Solutions Used

Significant improvements have been made in the donation, scholarship and sacrifice application processes.

Aidango's solutions, offered through a single platform, were used for the İyilik Association's donation, scholarship, and sacrifice applications. The İyilik Association's website has fully automated the fundraising, sacrifice organization, and scholarship distribution processes. Additionally, the Sustainable Aid application and screens for its dairy goat activities were developed to meet the association's specific needs.

Implementation and Distribution Process

İyilik Association uses Aidango Association ERP software in its association management systems.

Aidango's solutions are seamlessly synchronized within a single platform. The Qurbani donation application developed software solutions for processes such as identifying donors and sacrificial animals, determining the country in which the sacrifice will be slaughtered, the type of animal, and the number of shares to be divided. Videos and images captured during the slaughtering process are now sent to donors via SMS and email. A scholarship application was developed to systematically track scholarships awarded to orphans. Using its website for donation management and tracking, the association can now view the types of donations and the methods used to receive them in detail. For the distribution of dairy goats, one of İyilik Association's sustainable aid projects, a management system has been created that tracks distributions to which countries and at what stages. Donors are provided with images of the delivered dairy goats, ensuring a transparent flow of information. Aidango's other solutions use call records to track donors' reasons for contact. Regular reports are shared with senior management. The call center's recurring POS feature facilitates systematic tracking of regular donation payments.

Aidango Effect and Project Results

With Aidango Association ERP software, İyilik Association began to run all its management operations digitally on a single platform:

  • All donation, scholarship and sacrifice donation processes were managed systematically.
  • Donations received via cash, bank transfer/EFT and virtual POS are now being regularly tracked.
  • With the sacrifice application, effective communication was established and donation processes were monitored while sacrificial animals were distributed on a shareholder basis.
  • Scholarship management was made more effective by matching scholarship holders and sponsors.
  • The total amount of scholarships awarded to scholarship holders was tracked through scholarship planning.
  • Fundraising and management transactions conducted through the association's website have been transferred to a secure digital platform.
