As a company that imports mobile disabled devices, Mec Çözüm used the accounting program, which was previously managed with manual processes, only as an invoicing tool. Implementation and Distribution Process

In the first stage, software screens were developed that support the company's buy-sell transactions and have the ability to issue invoices in the format accepted by official institutions. Then, basic operations such as production, warehouse, stock, current accounts and invoice processes were supported with integrated modules and made manageable from a single screen. Special screens were designed for tracking the serial numbers of devices and managing warranty processes, and all operations from technical service and warranty processes to stock, serial number and maintenance tracking began to be managed more efficiently.

Thanks to the software integrated into the system, information such as serial numbers of all products sold in the past, which customers they were sold to, past service records of the device, problems encountered and applied processes have become easily trackable. In this way, details such as sales and service history of all devices circulating in the market, to whom they were sold and how many times they went to service have started to be tracked effectively. In addition, a comprehensive system has been created that provides tracking of preliminary accounting, current account, dealer management, payments and collections, production, purchasing, sales and bank debts.
